Soho LOFT
Directly overlooking the Hudson River, our clients turned to our team in helping finish the design of their Soho loft, a circa 1895 former spice warehouse. We sourced large scale art to maximize the 11 foot ceilings, repainted rooms to brighten the space, and brought in accessories to compliment the existing furnishings. A former nursery was completely redesigned into a colorful room for a young child. This space, with historic wooden beam and cast-iron columns, plays homage to New York City’s industrial past while remaining true to contemporary living.
