Meagan Camp
Founder & Principal Designer
Meagan Camp, the founder and principal of Meagan Camp Interiors, comes from a heritage of New York-based designers, beginning with her great-grandfather’s 1950 notable architectural restorations of the New York City Public Library and the Guggenheim Museum. Meagan's great-grandmother was an interior designer who designed homes throughout New York State; her grandfather restored, renovated, and designed homes—some of which were featured in House Beautiful's original publications; and her mother renovated and designed homes throughout Meagan’s childhood. Design is, quite literally, in Meagan's blood.
After studying at the Fashion Institute of Technology, the New York School of Interior Design, and Lorenzo de' Medici in Italy, Meagan spent a decade fine-tuning her eye as a stylist before founding her namesake design firm. Her aesthetic is a combination of her Northern Californian and East Coast upbringing, often mixing the two sensibilities. Meagan’s unique approach has attracted clients seeking a fully realized vision and has earned her continued media praise for her high-end sensibility and down-to-earth touch. When she’s not collaborating with clients, Meagan is an active member of the New York City running community, currently training for her next race. She is based in Brooklyn Heights, Brooklyn.
